Welcome!

Kelly at a the Freer Gallery in Washington D.C.I love to travel. Since being introduced to it at a young age when my family would often pack up and go on a little adventure outside of our hometown, I have been hooked.

The great Mark Twain once said that "travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts." He went on to say that "broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime", and I believe he is absolutely right. Any opportunity to travel is an oppotunity of a lifetime to visit another place and experience life outside of our own comfort zone. One's travels not only broadens the mind to other ways of being, but also helps us to better understand ourselves.
