My two week UK and Ireland Extravaganza began and ended in London where I stayed with my friend Erin, catching up and making plans for my future in the city. During the few days that I had, I visited new and familiar sites, being quite casual and open with my plans. I definitely made a point of seeing the First Emperor exhibit at the British Museum but for everything else, I just went with the flow. Of course, there was a purposely short visit to Camden Town, an evening spent at The Bishop in East Dulwich, plenty of pictures taken and beautiful blue skies throughout my entire stay. The only thing I was not able to do was catch a play or musical. I had hoped to see Sound of Music, but my brief visit didn't really make it possible. There's always next time and next time I visit, I hope to be moving there.
